THESE ARE DANGEROUS. We constantly have weights falling off center bar on these. A plate has fallen off and hit my foot injuring it. Customer service will do absolutely nothing since we are past the 30 days. Do not spend your money on a fast cash trap like this. They also hide their reviews.

Selecting different weights is easy. The quality is excellent. I am not a fan of the grips...uncomfortable and sweaty hands tend to slip. I wrapped mine with athletic tape and now much better.

I bought baseball bat grip/wrap to improve the feel of the bar. The modification and gloves softens the fill of the corners on the bar. Much better feel. It is sometimes difficult to get the weights in the right slots unless you are using the all 50lbs.

These are awesome, to be able to have one pair of dumbbells 5 lb to 50 lb is invaluable for space and for being able to utilize proper weight on exercises. Bought these to use at home when I can't make it into the gym (supplemental use). They are a little weird feeling (takes getting used to) compared to traditional DB - they are wider and the weight is distributed differently because of the adjust-ability. Would definitely recommend these overall.

Bought these for a home gym. These weights are fantastic. They have no limits, all you need is imagination and the desire to work. 10-90 lbs of resistance as well as deviations is you offset the weights. The weights are fantastic and to optimize their benefits you will need a bench.
